O2 Ireland Affinity

O2 wanted to develop a more sophisticated employee benefit scheme offering a broad range of products through multiple channels – online, in store and call centre. Optimise implemented a bespoke Reward Solution that enabled employees to search for and select their chosen product package online, combined with the ability to also redeem in store of through the call centre via a unique offer code. O2 were also able to outbound call employees who had not redeemed their unique code to increase conversion and up-sell value. Our Reward Solution has been running with 02 for over 3 years and has delivered a constant stream of high-value sales from a wide variety of 02’s blue-chip client employees.

Santander Recommend a friend

Following a successful pilot in 2011, Santander rolled out the Recommend a friend scheme with Optimise in 2012. The roll out included both the 1|2|3 Current Account & 1|2|3 Credit Card and was promoted to Santander’s existing 1|2|3 customers via a combination of email, on-site & marketing activities. Optimise created & delivered a bespoke solution which led to thousands of referrals and resulted in hundreds of sales. More importantly, the widget design has allowed customers to input comments about their experience and the feedback has been great.

O2 Germany Refer a friend

O2 have been using our Referral Marketing solution since November 2007 to encourage customers to refer friends using a choice of cash and Gift Certificates. The Refer a Friend campaign is promoted to customers across multiple touchpoints on the O2 website, supported by email communications to new customers. With our performance intelligence, O2 has been able to continuously refine and improve success – tiered rewards, increased rewards to support promotions and new product launches etc. O2’s Refer a Friend marketing has been an unqualified success, with sales from refer a friend accounting for a significant percentage of online revenue in Germany.

Aviva Cross-Sell Promotion

Aviva wanted to deliver more home insurance sales from their existing customer base with minimal internal effort and cost. Optimise implemented an incentive Marketing cross-sell solution which offered existing Aviva customers an M&S e-gift card incentive to encourage the purchase of home insurance. The innovative incentive solution used a ‘marketing widget’ to encourage registration for the cross-sell promotion, combined with robust tracking to record all activity from registration to quote to validated sale, and voucher fulfilment and customer enquiry management. Our incentive marketing cross-sell solution has been used by Aviva since 2011 and has become an established and efficient part of Aviva’s customer marketing programme.

Uswitch & Talk Talk Exclusive

uSwitch wanted to differentiate their offering with a market-leading USP to drive increased sales volumes for their most valued partners. Optimise implemented an incentive marketing solution that used a co-branded ‘marketing widget’ to promote an exclusive £100 Gift Certificate as an incentive to customers purchasing a Talk Talk Android contract via uSwitch. Our robust tracking was used to record all activity, reconcile customer data and fulfil genuine sales. This exclusive offer from uSwitch received exceptional PR both on and offline, particularly from Moneysavingexpert, with volumes increased by around 80%.
